Grated Parmesan cheese 100g
Provence herbs to taste
Step 1
Line a baking tray with parchment and preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Arrange the grated cheese in small flat piles on the baking tray, sprinkle with the spices and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Make sure the cheese melts but doesn’t start to burn.
Take out the baking tray, carefully remove the chips and place them to cool until they harden.
