RED VELVET CAKE IN A CUP

We came across a great recipe for red velvet cupcake – delicious, juicy and incredibly beautiful!

We tried it, we liked it, and we’d like to share it with you!

Ingredients :

To prepare the recipe “Red Velvet Cake in a Mug” You will need:

Flaxseed flour 1 tablespoon.

Coconut flour 2 tablespoons

Cocoa powder 1 Tablespoon

Salt to taste

Leavening powder half a tsp.

Cream 50 ml

Egg 2 pcs.

Vanilla flavoring to taste

Liquid stevia 1 tsp.

Red food coloring 1-2g

Butter 4 Tablespoons

Cream 3 Tablespoons

Erythritol 4 Tablespoons

Step 1
Mix the flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Then, add cream, eggs, flavoring, and stevia and mix thoroughly. Add the coloring agent until desired color is achieved.

Step 2
Pour batter into a microwaveable mug and cook 1 piece at a time for a minute and a half.
Alternatively, you can bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Whisk together butter, cream and erythritol until smooth.
Place the finished muffin on a plate and garnish with the cream
