Step 1
Defrost the cherries. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Then melt chocolate in microwave (30 seconds, stir, another 30 seconds).
If you don’t have a microwave, use a water bath.
Step 2
Mix butter, chocolate, erythritol and flavoring until smooth. Carefully add the cherries. Spoon the mixture into molds with a tablespoon and place in the freezer for an hour.
