WHITE CHILI WITH CHICKEN IN THE MULTICOOKER

The multicooker is a great helper for those who follow the keto diet. For example, white chili can be cooked in just 30 minutes instead of 6-8 hours of simmering on low heat.

Ingredients :

Butter 2 Tbsp.

Diced onion 1 pc.

Diced boneless chicken thighs 10 pcs.

Canned green chili sauce 420g

Salt 2 tsp.

Caraway seeds 2 tsp.

Oregano 2 tsp.

Black pepper 1 tsp.

Frozen cauliflower 450g

Chicken broth 360g

400 g sour cream

Whipped cream 200g

Step 1
Turn on the multicooker, select “sauté pan” mode, melt the butter.

Step 2
Add diced onions and meat.

Step 3
Stir until meat is lightly browned.

Step 4
Add green chilies, salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper and frozen cauliflower and stir.

Step 5
Add the chicken broth. Close multicooker, simmer in stew mode for 30 minutes.

Step 6
Allow the multicooker to cool for 10 minutes before opening it.

Step 7
Add sour cream and whipped cream before serving.
