Ingredients :
Egg 4 Eggs
Greek yogurt 60g
Coconut milk 60 ml
Erythritol to taste
Coconut flour 50g
Cocoa 50 g
Baking powder 1 tsp.
Dark chocolate, sugar-free 40 g
Coconut Butter 1 Tbsp.
Step 1
Doughnut dough: Place eggs, yoghurt, milk, coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener and baking powder in a blender. Blend until smooth
Step 2
Pour the batter into 9 doughnut molds and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven. Remove the doughnuts and let them cool for 5-10 minutes (without removing them from the mold). Then, carefully place the doughnuts on a plate or board
Step 3
Glaze: melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave or in a water bath. Mix thoroughly and pour the glaze over the doughnuts. Leave in fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
