A classic keto brownie, but we’ll be making it in the microwave! Why waste extra time if there’s no difference?)
If you don’t have a microwave, the usual procedure is to put it in a preheated 180°C oven for 10-12 minutes

Ingredients :
Almond flour 2 tablespoons
Cocoa 2 Tablespoons
Erythritol 3 Tablespoons
Egg 1 egg
Almond milk 1 Tbsp.
Coconut or butter 1 Tbsp.
Leavening agent 1½ tsp.
Step 1
Melt the butter. Put all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Grease two molds with butter and pour the batter into them. (The molds should be suitable for the microwave and be at least twice the size of the batter)
Step 3
Cook in the microwave for about 1 minute at 1200 watts or 2-3 minutes at <800 watts.
If you don’t know the wattage of your microwave, I recommend baking for a minute first and then continuing to bake for 30 seconds at a time, checking for readiness with a toothpick.
