Butter 225g
Candy bars without sugar 300g
Eggs 6 pcs.
Erythritol 100g
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Cocoa to taste
Step 1
Line a 24cm baking tray with parchment and preheat the oven to 180°c
Step 2
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave: 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, and then heat for 15 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth.
In another medium bowl, beat eggs, erythritol, vanilla and salt with a mixer until airy (about 8 minutes)
Step 3
Combine chocolate and egg mixture. Pour the liquid batter into a mold and place in the oven for 25-35 minutes until set, the middle should be slightly soft. Cool completely before removing from the oven. Sprinkle the finished cake with cocoa.
