Ingredients :
Sugar-free Bitter Chocolate 55g
Almond flour 1 tablespoon
Butter 50g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Erythritol 2 Tablespoons
Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter and mix thoroughly. Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add eggs, almond flour and sweetener to chocolate mixture and mix until smooth
Step 2
Pour into muffin tins and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 9 minutes until the muffin top is set. Do not overcook – the center should remain liquid.
