APPLE PIE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

The apple harvest is coming to an end and it’s time to bake some gorgeous apple pies for the household!

This is a fairly easy apple pie recipe, because we already made the crusts yesterday. So, all we have to do is make the filling and finish baking the pies in the oven

Cooking time 25 minutes

Ingredients :

Pie base 1 pc.

Big apple 1 pc.

Soft cottage cheese 125g

Egg 1 egg

Ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg powder to taste

Maple syrup 50 ml.

Erythritol to taste

Step 1
Prepare base for tart

Step 2
Peel the apple, slice and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Mix the cottage cheese, egg and sweetener with a mixer until smooth

Step 3
Place the cottage cheese mixture on the pie base, spread evenly. Then add the apple slices and place in a preheated 180 C oven for 15 minutes

Step 4
Take the pie out, spread the maple syrup on top and place back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes
